Belize Cave Tubing
Explore the Caves Branch River, which flows from headwaters deep underground through the foothills of the Maya Mountains until it emerges and runs through the rainforest. During its course, the river plunges through a series of caves which is the setting for your cave tubing adventure.
Your journey begins wading across the river to reach a well-tended trail for a 45-minute jungle trek (tube in hand), after which you will drop into your tube and put on your headlamp for an exciting, but peaceful, float through the Mayan underworld. The river current will carry you along while you steer lightly with your hands, and your guide will be with you at all times enhancing your float with information and native lore about these caves.
